The whole room was exceptionally clean and had an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The hotel had a great location minutes from Zocodover Historic Plaza.

the hotel's location was great, just next door to old town which is hugely interesting and very cheerful, the center and plaza de zocodover. i had a king room included with perfectly adequate bathroom, a super view, as example. the staff was polite, welcoming, and everything was great.

Excellant stay, as always. Quirky and fairly clean place with extremely friendly stuff. New-fashioned and compact rooms with good blinds etc, free Wi-Fi. Hot drinks at Irish bar, terrific service. Easy parking nearby. Marvellous and fantastic location very close to old town, easy to get anywhere. Also - close enough to the center of old Toledo.

I thought the hotel was great value, clean room with good bed, a little small and tv was very confusing. Breakfast was basic, but it saved us going out. A short walk to sights. Staff were not very friendly but could have been the language barrier. Overall, great value.

Great atmosphere and great value for your dollar; location was close to all major attractions but far enough away that it was quiet for sleeping.

The hotel staff was not very professional at all, and did not speak a word of English and makes no effort to try and be helpful, that was disappointing. If the facilites were not as good as they were, we would have going someplace different to stay our second night.

Ideal and clean place, wonderful view over the valley below and the spires and rooftops of the areas of town below. Magnificent and wonderful location a short way from an art gallery.

This hotel is a hidden gem located in the heart of the city. You'll love the location as it is situated right next to the old city walls and just a short walk to all of the main attractions. the indoor car park over the road is very convenient for those who have rented a car. The rooms are cozy and clean with a well-maintained bathroom. You'll appreciate the warm hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast. The bar even serves cold water late at night.

The hotel can be quite noisy at times, especially if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel was very nice the rooms modern and fresh and and a very good shower. Good buffet breakfast as well.

The only thing that was a little converning was the toe nail clippings on the bed covers and floor although the room was very clean.

Great location, near the new convention centre and near the escalators that take one up to the heart of Toledo.

Amazing location near the Old Town with escalators to Zocodover square. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Welcoming staff and great terrace for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
